Returns

If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days, free of charge. The return needs to be sent from the country that the shipment was originally sent to.
You either have 14 days after delivery to repeal your contract of purchase in written form by sending us an email, fax, a letter by post, or over the phone. We recommend that you use our cancellation form template. After sending us your cancellation form, please wait for our documents and then return your items.

Otherwise, your repeal of purchase will automatically take effect if you return the items within 28 days.

Please be aware that all returned items must be in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with all tags still attached. Hosiery and socks cannot be returned, once taken out of the sealed packaging.

The box used to pack the return should be the same as you received or a new one, and never just the original brand box.

In the case you want to return your order and the order amount didn’t reach the minimum amount to be eligible for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Should shoes show any sign of wear, not be returned in the original shoebox or their box used as the packing box, we have the right to reject your return. We therefore kindly ask you to try on footwear on a soft, carpeted surface only.

Wait for the documents to return your order
Call the shipping company to organize the pick-up
Wait for the refund when your order arrives in our warehouse

For DDU deliveries, customs duties, sales tax on imports as well as handling costs that were charged to you by the shipping agent cannot be refunded.

As soon as your parcel arrives at our premises, you will be notified by email. It may, however, take up to 10 working days for the refund to be visible on your bank statement, depending on your credit card and/or bank. Unfortunately, we are unable to influence this process, so please contact your credit card representative if you require further information.
